Last weekend , a few of us did a man haul to the Wilkes Hut.This is a sled that the Huskis originally used to tow. Now all dogs have been removed from Antarctica , the lead dog is now a human !! We are now able to travel on the sea ice , and we spent Sunday measuring the thickness of the ice around eastern side if Newcomb bay.
